【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 북구와 북구체육회가 오는 10월 개최하는 ‘제22회 북구사랑 마라톤대회’ 참가자를 8월 3일부터 선착순으로 모집한다. 이번 대회는 금호강 산격야영장 일원에서 10㎞, 5㎞ 두 종목으로 나뉘어 진행되며, 참가자 전원에게는 기념 티셔츠와 완주 메달이 제공될 예정이다.

대구 북구와 북구체육회에 따르면 제22회 북구사랑 마라톤대회는 10월 18일 금호강 산격야영장 일원에서 열린다. 참가 신청은 8월 3일 오전 10시부터 24일까지 북구체육회 홈페이지를 통해 온라인으로 진행되며, 선착순으로 마감된다. 10㎞ 종목은 참가비 2만5000원, 5㎞ 종목은 1만5000원이다.

행사 당일 오전 8시에는 식전행사와 개회식이 마련되며, 이어 오전 9시부터 10㎞ 코스 먼저 출발한다. 곧이어 5㎞ 참가자들도 레이스를 시작한다.

코스는 산격야영장을 출발해 금호강변 자전거도로와 산책로를 따라 성북교 하단과 검단동 압로정 일원을 왕복하는 구간으로 구성됐다.

참가자들에게는 기념 티셔츠가 지급되며, 완주한 이들에게는 완주 메달이 수여된다.

대회 당일 오전 8시부터 낮 12시까지는 성북교 하단에서 산격야영장, 압로정에 이르는 금호강변 자전거도로와 산책로가 전면 통제된다. 북구는 “자전거 이용객과 보행자 여러분께서는 행사 시간 동안 우회로를 이용해 주시기 바란다”고 당부했다.

참가 접수는 북구체육회 홈페이지에서 가능하며, 모집 인원은 선착순으로 마감될 예정이다.

The course consists of a round-trip route starting from Sanggyeok Campground, following the Geumho River bicycle path and walking trail to the area between the lower part of Seongbuk Bridge and Abrojeong in Geomdan-dong.

Participants will be provided with commemorative T-shirts, and those who complete the course will be awarded finisher medals.

On the day of the event, the Geumho River bicycle path and walking trail extending from the lower part of Seongbuk Bridge to Sanggyeok Campground and Abrojeong will be completely closed from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
