공개된 서비스는 ▲주변 탐색 서비스 ▲표시·광고 사전 검증 서비스 ▲아파트 실거래가 보고서 등 세 가지다. 이 가운데 ‘주변 탐색 서비스’는 주소를 입력하면 반경 1㎞ 내에 있는 법정 확인 대상 시설 7종을 자동으로 찾아주고, 각 시설의 이름과 방향, 거리 정보를 함께 제공한다. 덕분에 중개사는 매물 설명 과정에서 꼭 필요한 정보를 손쉽게 확인할 수 있다.
