대구시는 올해 9월 1일부터 사회복지시설에 근무하는 종사자들에게 지급하는 복지포인트를 1인당 연간 10만 원씩 올릴 예정이다. 여기에 청년 사회복지사에게는 기존 지원 외에도 연간 20만 원의 청년 복지포인트를 별도로 추가 지원한다.
또 아동돌봄시설 종사자들의 인건비도 점진적으로 인상된다. 현재 보건복지부 권고 수준의 97%에 머물고 있는 인건비를, 2027년에는 권고 기준과 같은 100% 수준까지 맞춘다는 방침이다.
