선린대학교(총장직무대행 전경국)는 11일 믿음관 203호에서 2026년 전문대학 혁신지원사업으로 운영한 ‘귀(이혈)운동지도사 2급 자격증 취득 과정’ 수료식을 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번 교육은 미용업 종사자와 재직자를 대상으로 마련됐다. 교육생들은 귀의 혈점에 대한 이론을 비롯해 마사지와 운동 방법 등을 배우며 이어테라피 관련 실무 역량을 높이는 데 중점을 뒀다.

대학은 관련 분야의 전문지식을 습득하고 자격증 취득까지 연계함으로써 교육생들의 현장 대응 능력과 직무 경쟁력을 높이는 데 이번 과정의 의미가 있다고 설명했다.

수료식에서 정년구 선린대 평생교육원장은 교육과정을 마친 수료생들에게 축하의 뜻을 전하며 “이번 교육에서 익힌 내용이 현업에서 실질적인 도움이 되기를 바란다”며 “배움을 새로운 가능성과 성장의 기회로 이어가길 기대한다”고 말했다.

선린대 평생교육원은 지역 주민의 직업능력 향상과 평생학습 기회 확대를 위해 다양한 교육과정을 운영하고 있다.

현재 의류 수선 실무교육을 진행하고 있으며, 향후 노년층을 대상으로 스마트폰 이해 및 활용 교육과 노인건강운동지도사 자격증 과정 등을 마련해 지역사회와 연계한 평생교육 프로그램을 확대할 계획이다.

Sunlin University’s Lifelong Education Center has completed a certification course designed to enhance the job competencies of local adult learners and has produced graduates.

Sunlin University (Acting President Jeon Kyung-guk) announced that it held a completion ceremony on the 11th at Room 203 of the Mideum Hall for the ‘Level 2 Ear (Auricular) Exercise Instructor Certification Course,’ which was operated as part of the 2026 Professional College Innovation Support Project.

This training was designed for professionals and current employees in the beauty industry. The focus was on enhancing practical skills related to ear therapy, with trainees learning the theory of ear acupoints as well as massage and exercise methods.

The university explained that this course is significant in that it improves trainees' on-site response capabilities and job competitiveness by linking the acquisition of specialized knowledge in the relevant field with the attainment of a certification.

At the completion ceremony, Jeong Nyeon-gu, Director of the Sunlin University Lifelong Education Center, congratulated the graduates on completing the course. He stated, “I hope the knowledge acquired during this training will be of practical help in your professional lives,” adding, “I look forward to seeing this learning lead to new possibilities and opportunities for growth.”

The Sunlin University Lifelong Education Center operates various educational programs to enhance the vocational skills of local residents and expand opportunities for lifelong learning.

Currently, practical training in clothing repair is being conducted.
