전문가들 사이에서는 신변보호 제도의 실질적인 효과를 높이려면 위험등급 평가 기준을 재정비하고, 가해자 접근 차단과 피해자 보호가 연계되는 현장 대응체계를 더욱 강화해야 한다는 지적이 나오고 있다.

Experts point out that to enhance the practical effectiveness of the personal protection system, risk assessment criteria must be reorganized, and the on-site response system that links preventing access by perpetrators with protecting victims must be further strengthened.
