베이리스(대표 김형준)는 이달 초 시리즈B 투자 유치를 마무리하고 55억 원의 신규 자금을 확보했다고 26일 밝혔다. 이번 투자에는 BNK벤처투자, 스페이스타임인베스트먼트, 더함파트너스, IBK캐피탈, 블루코너캐피탈 운용 투자조합 등이 참여했다.
베이리스는 이번에 확보한 자금을 전장 제어기 소프트웨어와 방위산업, LiDAR 기반 솔루션 등 주요 사업 확장에 사용할 방침이다. 또, 코스닥 상장에 대비해 내부 관리체계 정비와 사업 경쟁력 강화, 연구개발 및 영업 확대에도 투자할 계획이다.
상장 준비도 본격화된다. 베이리스는 NH투자증권을 상장 주관사로 선정하고, 회계·관리체계 강화 및 기업공개 준비에 들어갔다. 2027년 코스닥 상장을 목표로 사업 포트폴리오와 성장성 관련 자료 등을 정리하고 있다.

Bayless participated in the Ouster Asia-Pacific Distributor Conference held in Singapore last July, where it introduced its next-generation LiDAR products and AI-based software technologies and discussed plans to expand supply to the domestic market.
