영천시 상수도사업소는 지난 3월부터 수돗물 무단사용, 이른바 도수 행위에 대한 집중 단속을 진행한 가운데 지난 14일 현장에서 위반 행위를 적발해 경찰에 고발했다고 밝혔다.
