청송군은 지난 5일 안덕면 일원에서 ‘인연정원 시즌2-원데이 소모임’을 열고 참가자 16명 가운데 10명이 서로 호감을 확인해 5쌍의 커플이 탄생했다고 밝혔다.

이번 행사는 청송의 자연환경과 지역 자원을 활용해 참가자들이 일상에서 벗어나 부담 없이 서로를 알아갈 수 있도록 체험과 휴식, 대화 프로그램을 함께 구성했다.

참가자들은 골부리를 활용한 김밥 만들기를 비롯해 싱잉볼 명상, 아로마 오일을 활용한 향수 만들기 등의 프로그램에 참여했다. 단순히 대화를 나누는 방식에서 벗어나 공동 체험을 통해 자연스럽게 관심사와 취향을 공유할 수 있도록 했다.

골부리 김밥 만들기에서는 참가자들이 함께 음식을 준비하고 맛보면서 교류했고, 싱잉볼 명상 시간에는 차분한 분위기에서 휴식을 취하며 서로에 대해 알아가는 시간을 가졌다. 향수 만들기 프로그램에서는 각자가 선호하는 향을 선택하고 직접 향을 조합하며 취향을 공유했다.

청송의 가을 풍경을 즐기는 산책도 진행됐다. 코스모스가 핀 강변길을 함께 걸으며 참가자들이 자유롭게 대화를 나눌 수 있도록 해 호응을 얻었다.

하루 일정으로 진행된 이번 프로그램의 최종 매칭 결과 16명 중 10명이 서로를 선택하면서 5쌍이 커플로 연결됐다. 전체 참가자의 62.5%가 매칭된 것으로, 일부 참가자들은 행사 이후에도 만남을 이어가겠다는 뜻을 나타냈다.

참가자들은 함께 체험하는 과정에서 자연스럽게 대화할 수 있어 처음 만난 사람과도 비교적 편안하게 교류할 수 있었다는 반응을 보였다.

청송군은 앞으로도 지역의 자연과 관광·문화자원을 활용한 청년 교류 프로그램을 발굴해 운영할 예정이다. 청년들이 지역에서 새로운 관계를 형성할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고 지역 정착과 결혼에 대한 긍정적인 인식을 높이는 데에도 활용한다는 계획이다.

윤경희 청송군수는 “청년들이 지역에서 새로운 사람을 만나고 다양한 경험을 쌓는 기회가 중요하다”며 “청송이 가진 지역 자원을 활용해 청년들이 자연스럽게 교류하고 지역에 정착할 수 있는 프로그램을 지속적으로 마련하겠다”고 말했다.

Cheongsong County announced that five couples were formed after 10 out of 16 participants confirmed their mutual interest during the ‘Garden of Connections Season 2 - One-Day Small Gathering’ held in the Andeok-myeon area on the 5th.

This event utilized Cheongsong’s natural environment and local resources to organize programs of experience, relaxation, and conversation, allowing participants to escape their daily routines and get to know each other without pressure.

Participants took part in programs such as making gimbap using *golburi* (a type of sea cucumber), singing bowl meditation, and making perfume using aroma oils. Moving beyond simple conversation, the event was designed to allow participants to naturally share their interests and tastes through shared experiences.

During the *golburi* gimbap making activity, participants interacted while preparing and tasting food together, while during the singing bowl meditation session, they took time to get to know each other while relaxing in a calm atmosphere. In the perfume-making program, participants selected their preferred scents, blended them themselves, and shared their tastes.

A walk to enjoy the autumn scenery of Cheongsong was also conducted. The event received a positive response as participants were encouraged to converse freely while walking along the riverside path lined with blooming cosmos flowers.

As a result of the final matching for this one-day program, 10 out of 16 participants chose each other, forming 5 couples. This represents a match rate of 62.5% of the total participants, with some indicating their intention to continue meeting even after the event.

Participants commented that the natural conversations that took place during the shared activities allowed them to interact relatively comfortably, even with people they met for the first time.

Cheongsong County plans to continue developing and operating youth exchange programs that utilize the region's natural, tourism, and cultural resources. The county intends to use these programs to provide young people with opportunities to form new relationships in the region and to foster a positive perception of settling in the area and marriage. Cheongsong County Governor Yoon Kyung-hee stated, “It is important for young people to have opportunities to meet new people and gain diverse experiences in the region,” adding, “We will continuously develop programs that utilize Cheongsong’s local resources to enable young people to naturally interact and settle in the area.”
