수성구는 11일 호텔수성에서 ‘2026 청년 굿잡(GOOD JOB) 일자리박람회 시즌7’을 개최했다.

이번 박람회에는 삼성중공업, ㈜에스엘, 광주은행을 비롯해 전국 우수기업과 수성알파시티 입주기업 등 20개 기업이 참여했다.

특히 과학기술정보통신부가 주최한 ‘K-DATA SCIENCE 해커톤·콘퍼런스’와 연계해 AI·ICT 분야 기업의 채용 수요와 직무 정보를 청년 구직자들에게 소개했다.

참여 기업들은 현장에서 채용상담과 면접을 진행했으며, 구직자들은 기업 인사담당자와 직접 만나 채용 조건과 직무에 대한 정보를 확인했다. 행사장에는 AI 모의면접과 1대1 취업컨설팅, 취업타로관 등 취업 지원 프로그램도 마련됐다.

현장에서는 행사 종료 직전까지 현장면접을 기다리는 구직자들의 대기 행렬이 이어지는 등 높은 관심을 보였다.

이번 행사는 지역 청년들이 평소 접하기 어려운 전국 기업의 채용 정보를 한자리에서 확인하고, 상담부터 면접까지 직접 경험할 수 있도록 마련됐다는 점에서 의미가 있다.

수성구는 앞으로도 지역 청년들의 취업 접근성을 높이고 기업과 구직자를 실질적으로 연결할 수 있는 일자리 지원 사업을 지속적으로 추진할 계획이다.

The venue also featured various employment support programs, including AI mock interviews, one-on-one career counseling, and a career-themed tarot reading booth.

High interest was evident throughout the event, with queues of job seekers waiting for on-site interviews persisting right up until the event concluded.

The event was significant in that it provided local youth with a unique opportunity to access recruitment information from nationwide companies—details often difficult to find locally—and to experience the entire process from consultation to interview firsthand.

Suseong-gu plans to continue implementing job support initiatives that improve employment accessibility for local youth and foster practical connections between companies and job seekers.
