이날 체결식에는 장상길 포항시장 권한대행과 김신 복지국장, 포항의료원 관계자 등이 참석해 방문의료센터 운영 방향과 상호 협력 방안을 논의했다.

포항시는 앞으로 행정복지센터, 보건소, 복지기관 등과 연계해 대상자의 건강 상태와 생활 여건을 종합적으로 반영한 맞춤형 서비스를 제공할 계획이다. 또한 퇴원 이후 돌봄 공백을 줄이고 불필요한 재입원과 장기 입원을 예방하는 데도 힘쓸 방침이다.

이번 프로그램은 디지털 드로잉을 활용해 학생들이 자신의 일상을 그림일기 형식으로 표현하는 체험형 교육으로 꾸며진다.

참가 학생들은 스마트 기기와 드로잉 도구를 이용해 직접 콘텐츠를 제작했다. 또, 단계별 실습과 보조 인력의 지원을 통해 누구나 쉽게 참여할 수 있도록 도왔다.

완성된 작품은 센터 내 전시공간인 ‘창작의 장’에 전시되며, 시민들에게 무료로 공개된다.

5월 4일부터 6월 13일까지 갤러리 금호와 명봉에서 열리는 전시에는 발달장애 예술인 김현우와 라이브드로잉 작가 임이삭이 참여해, 촉각·청각·신체적 경험을 결합한 오감형 전시를 선보인다.

전시는 기존의 시각 중심 관람 방식에서 벗어나, 손으로 만지고 소리를 듣고 몸으로 직접 체험하는 예술 경험을 제안한다. 

갤러리 금호에서는 김현우의 회화·설치 작품과 임이삭의 회화가 전시된다. 일부 작품은 관람객이 함께 참여할 수 있도록 마련됐으며, 3D 프린팅을 활용한 촉각 감상용 작품도 함께 배치돼 평면 이미지를 입체적으로 느낄 수 있다.

갤러리 명봉에서는 포스아트(PosART) 기술이 적용된 촉각 전시가 이뤄진다. UV 프린팅과 양각·음각 기법을 통해 작품의 질감을 손끝으로 따라가며 감상할 수 있어, 시각장애인을 비롯한 다양한 관람객의 접근성이 한층 높아졌다.

전시장에는 점자 캡션, 수어 영상, 음성 가이드, 쉬운 글 안내 등 다양한 배리어프리 요소가 적용됐다. 또한 휠체어 이용자와 어린이 관람객을 고려해 설치 높이를 낮추고, 참여형 구조를 도입해 관람 장벽을 최소화했다.

연계 프로그램도 풍성하게 마련됐다. 감각 확장 체험 프로그램과 픽셀 퍼즐 게임, 손으로 만드는 창작 워크숍이 운영되며, 도서관과 협업해 배리어프리 웹툰과 오디오북 콘텐츠도 제공된다.

The exhibition space features various barrier-free elements, such as Braille captions, sign language videos, audio guides, and easy-to-read text instructions. Additionally, viewing barriers have been minimized by lowering installation heights and introducing interactive structures to accommodate wheelchair users and child visitors.

A rich array of related programs has also been prepared. Sensory expansion experience programs, pixel puzzle games, and hands-on creative workshops will be offered, and barrier-free webtoons and audiobook content will be provided in collaboration with libraries.

The opening program, "Cross Art: A World Painted with Sound," will be held at Gallery Kumho on May 6 at 2:00 PM.

대한적십자사봉사회 영천화산적십자봉사회(회장 강병수)는 지난 16일 영천시 화산면 복지회관에서 지역 취약계층을 위한 ‘사랑의 세탁 봉사’를 실시했다고 밝혔다.

이번 활동은 봄철 환절기를 맞아 위생 환경이 취약한 어르신들에게 쾌적한 생활환경을 제공하기 위해 마련됐다.

이날 봉사 현장에는 회원 10명이 참여해 이른 아침부터 구슬땀을 흘렸다. 봉사원들은 거동이 불편해 대형 빨래를 직접 하기 어려운 독거노인 30세대를 찾아 안부를 살피고 이불 40채를 수거했다.

수거된 이불은 대한적십자사 특수 이동 세탁 차량을 통해 세탁부터 살균, 건조까지 원스톱으로 처리됐다. 고온 건조를 마친 이불은 다시 봉사원들의 손을 거쳐 각 가정으로 전달되며 어르신들에게 따뜻한 온기를 전했다.

강병수 영천화산적십자봉사회 회장은 “겨우내 묵은 먼지를 머금은 이불을 새것처럼 깨끗하게 세탁해 드릴 수 있어 매우 뜻깊다”며 “바쁜 일정 속에서도 이웃 사랑 실천에 함께해 준 회원들에게 감사드린다”고 말했다.

Ten members participated in the service on this day, working hard from early morning. The volunteers visited 30 households of elderly people living alone who have difficulty doing large loads of laundry themselves due to mobility issues, checked on their well-being, and collected 40 blankets.

The collected blankets were processed in a one-stop manner, from washing to sterilization and drying, using a specialized mobile laundry vehicle provided by the Korean Red Cross. After being dried at high temperatures, the blankets were passed through the hands of volunteers and delivered to each household, bringing warmth to the elderly.

이 사업은 농작물 수확 후 발생하는 고춧대와 과수 잔가지 등 영농부산물 소각이 산불 발생 원인 중 하나로 지적되면서 마련됐다. 단순 계도 중심의 소각 근절 정책에서 나아가 파쇄 지원을 통해 산불 원인을 사전에 제거하는 것이 핵심이다.

경북농업기술원은 지난해부터 시·군별 찾아가는 영농부산물 파쇄지원단을 운영하고 있으며, 올해는 전국 최대 규모의 예산을 투입해 사업을 확대 추진하고 있다.

도내 21개 시·군에 총 22억 원을 들여 2,763ha 규모의 파쇄 작업을 진행 중이다. 지난 4월 15일 기준 상반기 목표량 2,142ha의 90%를 완료했으며, 본격적인 영농철이 시작되는 5월 이전에 상반기 작업을 마무리할 전망이다.

특히 고령층과 취약계층 농가를 우선 지원 대상으로 삼고, 산림 인접 지역 중심으로 영농부산물 수거와 파쇄 작업을 실시해 불법 소각에 따른 산불 위험을 효과적으로 줄이고 있다.

동구는 4월 27일부터 생활안정 지원금을 순차적으로 지급한다고 밝혔다.

달성군에 따르면, 다사읍 박곡리와 이천리 일대 금호강 구간에 그동안 무단 경작과 쓰레기 적치 등으로 주민 민원이 잇따르자 지난 4월 13일부터 행정대집행에 들어갔다. 

군은 사전 계도와 자진 철거를 수차례 안내했으나 불법 행위가 계속되자 관련 법령에 따라 강제 집행에 나섰다. 정비 과정에서 불법 경작지와 적치물이 모두 철거돼 하천의 배수와 유수 기능이 개선됐으며, 집중호우 시 재해 위험을 줄일 수 있게 됐다.
