300세대 이상 공동주택은 입주자 등의 3분의 2 이상이 동의를 하는 경우 회계감사가 생략가능 함에도 감사생략비율이 매년 감소추세에 있고 감사결과 공개율이 매년 증가추세에 있는 것은 관리비 집행 공개에대한 사회적 요구가 커져가고 있음을 보여준다.

회계감사인의 의견결과는 ‘적정의견’이 10,426단지(97.63%),‘한정의견’이 224단지(2.10%), ‘부적정의견’이 8단지(0.07%), ‘의견거절’이21단지(0.20%)인 것으로 나타났다.

한편, 기존에 관리주체가 공개하던 회계감사보고서를 회계감사인이 공동주택관리정보시스템(K-apt)에 직접 공개하도록 ｢공동주택관리법｣이 개정되어 정확성과 신뢰성이 향상되고 미공개단지도 큰 폭으로 감소하였다.

한국감정원 김학규 원장은“현장방문을 통하여 우수 관리사례를 전파하고, 공동주택관리정보시스템을 고도화하여 지자체의 지도·감독업무를 지원, 건전한관리문화를 유도할 계획이다”라고 말했다.
