【브레이크뉴스 봉화】이성현 기자=제24회 봉화은어축제가 지난 3일, 축제 5일차를 맞아 비가 오락가락하는 짓궂은 날씨 속에서도 꾸준히 가족단위 관광객들이 찾아와 여름 휴가를 즐기는 등 대한민국 여름을 대표하는 축제의 명성을 이어가고 있다.

4일 봉화축제관광재단에 따르면 오는 7일까지 열리는 봉화은어축제가 중반에 접어든 가운데 이날은 내성천 수변무대에서 튜브시네마가 펼쳐져 관광객들에게 시원하고 색다른 경험을 안겨줬다.

청정 1급수 내성천 위에 물놀이 공간을 조성해 방문객들은 대형튜브를 타고 물속에서 영화와 팝페라 가수의 공연을 관람할 수 있었다.

영화 ‘하늘에서 음식이 내린다면 2’ 상영에 이어 팬텀싱어 출신 팝페라 가수 엘볼렌테의 영화OST(NEW, Evermore 등)와 뮤지컬 넘버곡 등 공연이 펼쳐져 온 가족이 함께 삼삼오오 튜브를 타고 물놀이도 하고 영화와 공연도 보며 시원한 축제의 밤을 즐겼다.

지난 2일부터 이틀간 내성천 특설무대에서 진행된 ‘축제속의 야시장’에서도 봉화지역 예술인들의 야간공연이 펼쳐져 축제장을 찾은 관광객들은 봉화 맛집 먹거리와 함께 공연을 즐기며 한여름 축제 분위기를 만끽했다.

5일에는 7080 복고풍 가요부터 최신 케이팝 무대까지 다양한 레퍼토리 공연인 ‘한여름밤의 클럽파티’, 6일에는 대한민국 대표 록밴드 국카스텐의 단독 미니 콘서트가 펼쳐진다. 축제의 마지막날인 7일 폐막공연에는 정동원, 김연자 등의 무대와 드론 및 불꽃쇼가 준비되어 있다.

이밖에 봉화은어축제 참가를 위해 봉화를 찾았다면 분천산타마을의 백두대간협곡열차 V-train을 이용해보는 것도 추천한다. 분천역과 철암역을 오가는 백두대간협곡열차 V-train은 매주 수요일~일요일 오전 9시 59분과 오후 2시 24분, 1일 2회 운영된다. 절벽과 바위산으로 둘러싸인 협곡을 통유리로 장식된 열차를 타고 백두대간 협곡을 시원하게 감상할 수 있다.
