이번 인사에서 김춘수 전무가 부사장으로 승진된 것을 비롯, 사업장별 지배인을 전원 교체해 관심을 모으고 있다. 특히, 여성 리더 발굴과 육성차원에서 블루원 계열 골프장에서는 처음으로 여성 지배인을 발탁해 눈길을 끌고 있다.

블루원 관계자는 “이번 인사는 철저한 성과를 바탕으로 그룹의 레저부문 경영역량을 집중해서 현재의 위기상황을 극복하고 코로나 이후 선제적 경영 환경을 구축하기 위한 인사라고 설명했다. 

한편, 신임 김춘수 부사장은 블루원레저와 인제스피디움 대표이사를 겸직하면서 태영그룹의 레저부문 운영을 총괄하게 됐다.
