성주군 용암면 죽전리가 고향인 허 부군수는 성주고등학교를 졸업하고 대구대학교 사범대학 국어교육학과 졸업한 후 1993년 9급 공채로 공직생활을 시작했다.

이후 경상북도 환동해지역본부 동해안정책과장 직무대리, 교육정책과장,교육협력과장을 거쳐 성주군 부군수로 임명됐다.

Heo Yun-hong takes office as Seongju County Governor

Seongju-gun announced on the 3rd that Deputy Governor Heo Yun-hong took office on January 1.
