코오롱글로벌(주)이 경북 ‘구미 인동 하늘채 디어반’ 291세대에 대한 견본주택을 공개(17일)하면서 본격 분양에 들어갔다고 19일 밝혔다.

코오롱글로벌(주)에 따르면 구미시 인의동 550 일원에 건립예정인 ‘구미 인동 하늘채 디어반’은 지하 2층, 지상 최고 29층 4개동, 총 291세대로 규모로 지어진다. 전용면적별 공급세대수는 ▲76㎡ 59세대 ▲84㎡A 176세대 ▲84㎡B 56세대다. 전체 공급세대수의 면적구성은 실속형 중소형 단지로 조성했다.

이와 더불어 오롱글로벌 측은 이번 1차 사업에 이어 내년 상반기 중 9백여 세대 규모의 2차 사업도 예정하고 있어 이곳을 전체 1,200여세대의 브랜드타운으로 조성할 계획이라고 밝혔다.

 ‘구미 인동 하늘채 디어반’은 오는 27일 특별공급을 시작으로 28일 1순위, 29일 2순위 접수를 받는다. 당첨자 발표는 오는 2022년 1월 5일이다. 

한편, ‘구미 인동 하늘채 디어반’ 견본주택은 코로나 19 확산을 방지하기 위해 홈페이지를 통한 예약방문제로 운영된다. 방문이 어려운 소비자들을 위해 사이버 견본주택도 개설했고, VR로 구현된 360도 뷰로 세대 내부를 현장감 있게 확인할 수 있도록 했다.

코오롱글로벌(주) 분양 관계자는 “정부의 강력한 부동산 규제로 수도권을 비롯한 인근지역 부동산 투자자들이 마땅한 투자처를 찾지 못하는 있는 게 현실” 이라며 “산업단지 배후수요가 풍부하고 통합신공항 수혜지역으로 입소문을 타고 있는 구미지역 공급소식은 투자자들의 확실한 투자처로 급부상 할 것”으로 예상했다.
