매년 11월은 불조심 강조의 달로 화재예방 및 홍보를 위해 전국적으로 진행되며 올해 75회를 맞이했다.

의성소방서는 다양한 홍보활동과 화재예방교육을 실시 할 계획이며“불나면 대피 먼저”등 재난 상황별 초기대응 홍보활동을 지속적으로 실시할 예정이다.

특히 홍보 콘텐츠 활용한 화재예방 분위기 조성하고 현수막, 홍보영상, SNS등 다양한 콘텐츠를 활용한 홍보를 실시할 방침이다.

이와 함께 전통시장등 상습 정체 구역 소방차 길터주기 캠페인, 소방안전공모전 수상작품 전시회 개최, 연령별 유형별 소방안전교육, 주택용소방시설 설치 및 보급도 집중하기로 했다.
