【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=한국건강관리협회 대구광역시지부(본부장 김태욱, 이하 '건협 대구')는 지난 10일, 대구도시철도 2호선 범어역에서 건강 캠페인을 실시했다.

이번 캠페인은 본격적인 무더위로 인한 스트레스 증가에 대비하고, 건강관리 인식을 높이기 위해 마련됐다. 

지역주민을 대상으로 뇌파·맥파 스트레스 검사를 실시하여 개인별 스트레스 수준을 직접 확인 시켜주고, 스트레스 관리 방법을 안내하여 큰 호응을 얻었다. 또한 국가건강검진에 안내로 질병의 예방과 조기 발견의 중요성에 대해 강조하였다. 

건협 대구 김태욱 본부장은 “이번 캠페인을 통해 스스로 건강 상태를 점검하고, 건강검진과 질병 예방의 중요성을 인식하는 계기가 되었기를 바란다. 또한 정확하고 신뢰받는 건강검진 서비스를 제공하기 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 전했다.

한편, 건협 대구지부는 지역주민의 건강한 삶을 위한 건강정보 제공과 질병의 조기 발견을 위한 국가건강검진, 종합건강검진, 맞춤형 건강검진 등을 실시하고 있으며, 앞으로도 다양한 캠페인 활동을 통해 지역사회의 건강증진 향상에 앞장설 계획이다.
