이번 대회는 지난 3월 26일부터 27일까지 이틀간 경북도청 신도시 일원에서 개최됐으며, 도내 21개 시·군에서 지적직 공무원 3명씩으로 구성된 21개 팀, 총 63명이 참가했다. 대회는 지적측량 성과 검사 담당 공무원의 현지검사 수행 능력을 제고하고 실무 역량 강화를 목적으로 마련됐다.

문경시는 김종호·김충희·정세정 주무관으로 구성된 팀이 정밀한 측량 기술과 유기적인 협업을 바탕으로 우수한 평가를 받으며 장려상을 차지했다. 이로써 문경시는 지적측량 분야에서의 전문성과 조직 역량을 대외적으로 재확인하는 계기를 마련했다.

반태호 종합민원과장은 “이번 수상은 직원들의 지속적인 노력과 현장 중심의 실무 능력이 결실을 맺은 결과”라며 “앞으로도 시민이 신뢰할 수 있는 정확한 지적행정 서비스를 제공하기 위해 교육과 훈련을 지속적으로 강화해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
