울릉군 관계자는 “교육발전특구 사업을 통해 울릉 지역의 여건을 반영한 맞춤형 교육과 체험 프로그램을 지속적으로 확대할 계획”이라며 “학생들이 섬을 넘어 더 넓은 세상을 경험하고 성장할 수 있도록 내실 있는 교육 정책을 추진해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
