31일 경북TP에 따르면 2020년 11월 취임한 하 원장은 경북도의회 인사검증위원회에서 경영성과·향후 직무수행계획 등 검증을 거쳐 중소벤처기업부와 경북도로부터 임기 1년 연장안 승인을 받았다.

경북테크노파크는 하인성 원장 취임 후 지역특화산업육성사업 지역산업진흥계획, 스마트공장 보급·확산사업 성과평가 등 주요사업 부문에서 매년 최우수등급을 달성하는 등 우수한 성과를 이어오고 있다.

특히 중소벤처기업부 시행 테크노파크 경영실적평가에서 작년과 올해 연이어 전국 최고수준의 성적을 거두며 최우수등급(S등급)을 달성했다.

경북테크노파크는 최근 부서별 업무보고회를 통해 파악한 기능조정 수요와 행정안전부에서 9월 발표한 새정부 지방공공기관 혁신가이드라인 내용을 반영, 테크노파크 기능 강화 및 전문기관화를 위한 방안을 수립했다.

우선 정책기획단과 기업지원단의 기능조정을 통해 지역혁신거점기관이자 기업지원기관으로서의 정체성을 다지기로했다. 

정책기획단은 지역산업 개편 방향을 반영해 산업육성정책 기획기능을 강화하고, 지역 균형발전을 위한 기획기능에 힘을 싣는다. 기업지원단은 현재 원장 직속 TF인 위기지원센터를 포함한 원스톱 기업지원 체계 운영을 통해 기업지원 시너지 창출을 유도하기로 했다.

기관의 전문역량을 강화하기 위한 방안으로는 정부 및 지자체 중점사업을 기능·전략·산업 등으로 구분하여 사업추진 효율을 높이고 분야별 전문성을 확보한다는 계획이다.

 또 경북지역 주력산업을 영위하는 중소기업을 대상으로 기술개발, 기업지원, 장비활용 등 서비스 제공과 함께 기존에 구축된 권역별 거점 특화센터를 활용해 지역 내 균형 발전의 전초 기지 역할을 계속해서 수행 할 전망이다.
