또, 가스요금 할인의 경우는 가스공사의 사회적 배려 대상자 160만 가구에 대한 할인폭을 현행보다 역시 2배 늘리는 것으로, 기존의 3만2천원까지 할인되던 것을 최대 7만 2천원까지 할인하기로 했다.
