롯데건설이 17일 롯데백화점 대구점 5층에 ’달서 롯데캐슬 센트럴스카이’ 견본주택을 개관하고 분양에 들어갔다고 밝혔다.

롯데건설에 따르면 ‘달서 롯데캐슬 센트럴스카이’는 지하 5층 ~최고 48층 총 3개 동 529가구(오피스텔 포함)로 지어지며 전용면적별로는 84A형 217가구와 B형 180가구, 84C형 42가구, D형 42가구 총 481가구가 공급된다. 오피스텔은 84 O형 48실 단일형이 공개됐다.
