【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자=하이자산운용은 그룹임원후보추천위원회에서 추천한 사공경렬 후보자를 신임 대표이사로 선임했다고 4일 밝혔다.

사공경렬 신임 대표는 1989년 대한투자신탁에 입사해 대한투자신탁운용을 거쳐 하나UBS자산운용에서 마케팅본부장, 전략 및 실물자산본부장. 관리본부장(위험관리책임자 겸직) 등을 역임했다.

그는 취임사를 통해 “이제는 새로운 도약이 필요한 시기”라며“끝나지 않은 팬데믹, 우크라이나 전쟁, 급격한 금리 인상, 부동산 경기 하락 등 불투명한 경제 환경이 금년에도 호의적이지 않지만, 기존의 우수한 트랙 레코드를 바탕으로 운용자산의 외형 확대, 재무지표 개선, 경영 효율성 제고 등을 통해 올해를 ‘하이자산운용 제2의 도약’을 위한 원년으로 삼고자 한다”고 말했다.

이를 위해 상품경쟁력 제고 ,운용경쟁력 제고, 대체투자펀드 영업기반 확대, 리스크 관리 체계 구축, ‘One Firm, One DGB’ 문화 정착 등 다섯 가지 사항에 중점을 둘 예정이다.
