대구공공시설관리공단은 침체된 지역 고용시장에 활력을 불어넣고, 일자리 창출에 적극 앞장서기 위해 정규직 98명을 채용할 예정이다. 

채용인원은 일반직 30명(환경사업 17명, 시설사업 13명), 공무직 68명(환경사업 25명, 시설사업 43명)으로 나누어 모집한다.

특히 올해는 대구공공시설관리공단이 2022년 10월 1일 새로이 출범한 이후 처음으로 진행하는 정규직 채용이며, 양 기관의 통합으로 중복되는 지원부서의 조정을 감안해 사업장 운영에 필요한 최소 인력으로만 채용이 진행된다. 

이번 채용은 4월 10일부터 14일까지 원서를 접수하고 필기시험, 인성검사, 서류심사, 면접시험 등의 과정을 거쳐 5월 말 최종합격자를 발표할 예정이다. 선발된 인원은 오는 6월부터 정식 임용할 계획이다.

문기봉 대구공공시설관리공단 이사장은 “통합공단이 출범한 이후 처음으로 진행되는 채용인 만큼 더욱 투명하고 공정한 채용을 추진하겠다”며, “통합공단의 미래를 이끌어갈 참신하고 유능한 지역인재들의 적극적인 지원을 바란다”고 밝혔다.
