이번 특별출연금은 도내 소상공인을 대상으로 900억원규모의 정책자금을 지원하기 위한 보증 재원으로 사용된다. 따라서, 일반보증부 대출(5%대)을 할 경우, 경북버팀금융 이차보전사업과 결합해 3%대에 이용이 가능할 것으로 전망된다. 

융자한도는 최대 5천만 원 이내로, 2년 거치 3년 상환 또는 2년 거치 일시 상환 조건이고, 자금 신청은‘경북신용보증재단 AI 콜센터’를 통해 사업장 주소지의 지점을 선택하면 자세한 사항을 안내받을 수 있다.
