【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=DGB금융그룹의 핀테크 자회사인 뉴지스탁(공동대표 문경록, 문호준)이 20일 기관투자자 전용 트레이딩 서비스 제공업체인 ‘핀케치’와 업무협약 및 콘텐츠 제공 계약을 체결했다.
뉴지스탁에 따르면 핀케치는 기관투자자를 위한 주문 관리 시스템(OMS, Order Management System) 전문 기업으로, KB자산운용과 미래에셋자산운용 등 다양한 금융사에 서비스를 공급하고 있다.
뉴지스탁은 상장 전 종목에 대한 퀀트 분석 서비스 ‘뉴지랭크’와 인공지능(AI) 기반 다이렉트 인덱싱 플랫폼 ‘젠포트’를 운영하는 핀테크 기업으로, 2011년 설립 이후 B2C 고객을 대상으로 운영해 왔다.
현재 10여 개의 금융사에 서비스를 제공하고 있으나, 이 역시 금융사의 고객을 대상으로 하는 B2B2C 서비스에 해당하는 만큼 이번 MOU로 B2B 영역까지 서비스가 확장될 것으로 기대된다.
뉴지스탁 문호준 대표는 “기관투자자들이 뉴지스탁의 콘텐츠를 활용해 더 나은 성과를 얻기를 기대한다”라며 “기관투자자들이 원하는 투자 전략을 직접 설계할 수 있는 다이렉트 인덱싱 컨설팅도 지원할 계획”이라고 밝혔다.
한편, 뉴지스탁은 한국핀테크산업협회 부회장사이자 금융투자 분과장사로 활동하고 있으며, 핀케치와 함께 포브스코리아가 선정한 ‘2023 대한민국 핀테크 50’에 포함된 바 있다.

According to Newsstock, Pinkech is a specialized company in order management systems (OMS) for institutional investors, and provides services to various financial institutions such as KB Asset Management and Mirae Asset Global Investments.
Newsstock is a fintech company that operates ‘NewzRank,’ a quantitative analysis service for stocks before listing, and ‘Zenport,’ an artificial intelligence (AI)-based direct indexing platform. Since its establishment in 2011, it has been operating for B2C customers.
Currently providing services to about 10 financial institutions, but since this is also a B2B2C service targeting financial institutions' customers, it is expected that the service will be expanded to the B2B area with this MOU.
