【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=대구공공시설관리공단(이사장 문기봉)이 국제 수질 분석 능력 평가에서 3년 연속 최우수 등급을 획득하며 세계적 수준의 시험·분석 역량을 다시 한번 입증했다.

공단은 지난 6월 12일, 미국환경자원협회(ERA)가 주관하는 수질 분야 국제숙련도 시험(Proficiency Testing)에 참여해 5개 항목 모두에서 ‘만족’ 평가를 받아 최우수 분석기관 인증을 획득했다고 밝혔다.

ERA는 ISO/IEC 17043 국제 인증을 받은 세계적인 숙련도 시험 운영기관으로, 전 세계 시험·분석 기관의 정확성과 신뢰성을 매년 평가하고 있다. 공단은 올해도 ▲생물화학적 산소요구량(BOD) ▲총유기탄소(TOC) ▲부유물질(SS) ▲총인(T-P) ▲총질소(T-N) 등 5개 항목에서 모두 기준치를 충족하며 최상위 등급을 받았다.

이와 함께 공단은 환경부 국립환경과학원이 주관한 ‘2025년 수질 분야 정기 숙련도 시험’에서도 ‘적합’ 판정을 받으며 국내외에서 전문 분석기관으로서의 기술력과 신뢰성을 동시에 인정받았다.

공단은 최근 분석 효율성과 업무환경 개선을 위해 환경연구관을 새롭게 개관하고, 시험설비를 최신화하는 등 분석 기반을 고도화해왔다. 이를 통해 향후 연구·분석 역량을 지속적으로 강화해 나간다는 계획이다.

문기봉 대구공공시설관리공단 이사장은 “3년 연속 국제 인증을 받게 된 것은 공단의 분석 전문성과 신뢰성을 대외적으로 인정받은 결과”라며, “앞으로도 정확하고 신뢰도 높은 분석 서비스를 제공해 지역의 환경기초시설을 안정적으로 운영하는 데 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Daegu Public Facilities Management Corporation (Chairman Moon Ki-bong) has once again proven its world-class testing and analysis capabilities by receiving the highest grade for 3 consecutive years in the international water quality analysis capability evaluation.

On June 12, the Corporation announced that it participated in the water quality international proficiency testing hosted by the Environmental Resources Association (ERA) in the United States and received a ‘satisfactory’ rating in all 5 categories, thereby obtaining the Best Analysis Agency certification.
