【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=대구광역시(시장 권한대행 김정기 행정부시장)와 대구경북섬유직물공업협동조합(이석기 이사장)은 지난 25일 대구텍스타일콤플렉스(DTC)에서 ‘DTC 아카데미(규제‧대응편) - 살생물처리제품 규제 및 광고방안’ 교육을 실시했다.
이번 교육은 '생활화학제품 및 살생물제의 안전관리에 관한 법률(화학제품안전법)' 시행에 따라 기업들이 직면할 수 있는 법률·규제 이슈를 정확히 이해하고, 올바른 광고 방안을 모색하도록 돕기 위해 마련됐다.
최근 살생물제품뿐 아니라 살생물처리제품까지 안전관리 대상에 포함되면서, 많은 기업 실무자들이 제품 구분 기준과 표시·광고 규정 준수에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 DTC는 기업들이 변화된 규제 환경에 대응해 안전하고 합법적으로 제품을 출시할 수 있도록 실질적인 지원을 강화하고 있다.
이날 교육은 노동환경건강연구소 김신범 부소장을 초청해 ▲살생물처리제품 관리제도 개요 ▲살생물제품과 살생물처리제품의 구분 기준 ▲광고 위반 사례 분석 ▲표시·광고 가이드라인 실무 적용 등 현장에서 곧바로 활용 가능한 내용을 중심으로 진행됐다.
대구경북섬유직물공업협동조합 이석기 이사장은 “환경안전 규제는 단순한 제약이 아니라 산업 경쟁력을 높일 수 있는 기회”라며 “이번 교육을 통해 기업들이 법규를 정확히 이해하고 소비자 신뢰를 확보해 시장 경쟁력을 강화하기를 기대한다”고 말했다.
이번 아카데미는 섬유패션 및 관련 산업 종사자 20여 명이 참여해 활발한 질의응답 속에 마무리됐다. DTC는 앞으로도 지역 산업계가 규제 변화에 선제적으로 대응하고 지속적으로 성장할 수 있도록 다양한 교육과 세미나를 이어갈 계획이다.

The academy concluded with a lively Q&A session, attended by approximately 20 professionals in the textile, fashion, and related industries.
