‘청송~ 다시 푸르게, 다시 붉게’를 주제로 열리는 이번 축제는 10월 29일 청송읍 월막리 용전천(현비암 앞)에서 개막해 11월 2일까지 5일간 진행된다.

청송사과는 13년 연속 ‘대한민국 대표브랜드 대상’을 수상한 전국 최고 품질의 사과로, 이번 축제는 청송사과의 우수성을 널리 알리고 지역의 정체성을 강화하는 자리로 마련됐다.

특히 산불 피해로 어려움을 겪은 주민들을 위로하고, 자연의 회복처럼 군민들의 삶이 다시 푸르고 붉게 피어나기를 바라는 의미도 담았다.

온·오프라인 병행한 하이브리드 축제

올해 축제는 온·오프라인을 병행하는 하이브리드 축제로 열린다.

비대면 프로그램 수요를 반영해 9월 29일부터 11월 2일까지 포털사이트 다음(daum)을 통해 온라인 축제가 함께 진행된다.

대표 체험 프로그램을 기반으로 한 ▲청송마블한바퀴 ▲사과축제 소문내기 ▲꿀잼-사과난타 ▲도전-사과 선별 로또 등 4종의 온라인 게임이 마련돼 현장 방문을 유도한다.

청송사과축제 전용 홈페이지에서는 일정, 프로그램 안내 등 다양한 정보를 손쉽게 확인할 수 있다.

‘청송사과 꽃줄엮기’ 전국대회 확대 개최

지난해에 이어 올해도 ‘청송사과 꽃줄엮기 경연대회’가 전국대회로 확대 개최된다. 특히 문화체육관광부 장관상이 신설되며, ‘청송사과 꽃줄엮기’가 문화재로 지정될 수 있는 초석을 다질 전망이다.

또한 210평 규모의 사과축제 홍보관에서는 청송사과와 사과 요리, 가공품 등이 전시된다.역대 사과왕 화판과 올해의 황금진·사과왕 입상작, 스마트 재배시설 등이 함께 선보여 청송사과의 품질과 기술력을 알린다. 사과요리 전시 및 시식 코너에서는 사과바싹불고기, 사과푸딩 등 청송 특산물을 활용한 다채로운 메뉴가 제공된다.

군민과 관광객이 함께 즐기는 체험·공연 프로그램

‘도전-사과 선별 로또’, ‘꿀잼-사과난타’, ‘만유인력-황금사과를 찾아라’ 등 온 가족이 함께 즐길 수 있는 다양한 체험 프로그램이 마련된다. ‘청송사과 퍼레이드’를 비롯해 제28회 청송문화제, 시니어 한마당, 건강체조 경연대회, 내고장 청송 알기 퀴즈대회 등 부대행사도 풍성하게 진행된다.

소공연장에서는 ‘사과 올림픽 3종’, ‘청송 골든벨’, 군민 재능기부 공연이 펼쳐지며, 특별행사로 원산지 표시 위반자 의금부 압송 시연과 제4회 청송황금사과배 전국고교장사씨름대회도 열린다.

매일 저녁 화려한 축하공연 이어져

축제 기간 매일 저녁 6시부터는 인기 가수들이 출연하는 축하공연이 이어진다. 개막일인 10월 29일에는 이찬원, 마이진, 황윤성이 무대에 오르고, 10월 30일에는 ‘헬로콘서트 좋은날’ 녹화공연으로 손태진, 남진, 린, 환희가 출연한다.

10월 31일에는 김희재, 진해성, 천록담이, 11월 1일에는 박지현, 장민호, 김다현이 공연한다. 11월 2일에는 ‘청송군민 노래자랑’이 열리며 김용빈, 전유진, 요요미가 피날레 무대를 장식한다.

윤경희 청송군수는 “올해 축제는 온라인 프로그램 확대, 가족 중심 콘텐츠 강화, 편의시설 개선 등을 통해 방문객들이 더욱 편안하게 축제를 즐길 수 있도록 준비했다”며 "청송사과축제가 대한민국을 넘어 글로벌 축제로 도약할 수 있도록 많은 관심과 참여를 바란다”고 말했다.

The festival, themed “Cheongsong ~ Green Again, Red Again,” will open on October 29th at Yongjeoncheon Stream (in front of Hyeonbiam Hermitage) in Wolmak-ri, Cheongsong-eup and run for five days until November 2nd.

Cheongsong apples are considered the highest quality apples in the country, having won the “Korea Representative Brand Award” for 13 consecutive years. This festival aims to promote the excellence of Cheongsong apples and strengthen the region's identity.

The festival also seeks to comfort residents who suffered from forest fire damage and hopes that, like nature, the lives of the county residents will blossom again, green and red.

A Hybrid Festival Combining Online and Offline Events

This year's festival will be held as a hybrid event, combining both online and offline events.

To reflect the demand for remote programs, an online event will be held from September 29th to November 2nd via the Daum portal site.

During the festival, celebratory performances featuring popular singers will take place every evening starting at 6 p.m. On the opening day, October 29th, Lee Chan-won, Mai Jin, and Hwang Yun-seong will take the stage. On October 30th, a recorded performance of "Hello Concert: Good Day" will be performed by Son Tae-jin, Nam Jin, Lyn, and Hwanhee.

Kim Hee-jae, Jin Hae-seong, and Cheon Rok-dam will perform on October 31st, and Park Ji-hyun, Jang Min-ho, and Kim Da-hyun will perform on November 1st.
