올해 상반기 학교급식 인력 확충을 위해 조리원 261명, 조리사 직종전환 23명 등 총 284명을 최종 선발해 2월 4일 발표했다. 이는 급식 안전 기준 강화와 급식 횟수 증가에 따라 현장 인력 수요가 늘어난 데 따른 조치다.
이번 채용은 서류 심사와 면접을 거쳐 진행됐다. 최종 합격자 중 90%는 여성, 40~50대가 86%로 대부분을 차지했다. 경북교육청은 경험과 안정성을 갖춘 조리 인력이 대거 채용된 만큼, 현장 적응력도 높을 것으로 기대했다.
