의성군의회(의장 배광우)는 1일 의장실에서 2020 회계연도 결산검사위원으로 지무진 의원, 김용우 전 의성군 국장, 박주태 세무사에게 위촉장을 수여했다.

이날 위촉된 위원들은 4월 1일부터 20일까지 2020 회계연도 예산이 사업목적에 적합하게 효율적으로 집행되었는지, 낭비요인은 없었는지에대한 전반적인 예산운용사항을 점검하게 된다.

결산검사 범위는 세입·세출의결산, 계속비, 이월비, 채권, 채무, 공유재산 및 물품, 기금 등 이다.

배광우 의장은 “결산검사는 향후 예산편성과 재정운영의 근거가 되는 중요한 절차인 만큼 2020 회계연도 예산이 적정하게 집행되었는지세심하게 살펴주기 바란다.”고 당부했다.

이에 지무진 대표의원은 “예산집행에 있어 적법하고 적정하게 낭비되는 곳은 없는지 철저하게 확인해 건전한 재정운영의 기틀을 다질 수있도록 결산검사에 임하겠다.”고 각오를 밝혔다.
