【브레이크뉴스 의성】진예솔 기자=의성군의회(의장 최훈식)가 추석을 맞아 육군부대 위문방문에 나섰다고 11일 밝혔다.
지난 10일 의성군의회는 의성읍에 소재한 육군 제3260부대 4대대를 방문해 명절 인사와 함께 위문품을 전달했다.
의성군의원들은 명절 연휴에도 군민의 생명과 재산을 수호하기 위해 헌신하는 군인 장병들에게 감사의 마음을 전하고 노고를 격려했다.
또한 기나긴 무더위 속에서도 국방의 의무를 다하고 있는 장병들의 애로사항을 청취하는 등 따뜻한 정을 나눴다.
최훈식 의장은 “군민들이 가족과 즐거운 추석 명절을 보낼 수 있는 것은 군인 장병 여러분이 있기에 가능한 것”이라며 “국토방위와 군민의 안전한 삶을 보호하기 위한 노고와 헌신에 깊이 감사드린다”고 전했다.
