【브레이크뉴스 의성】이성현 기자=의성군(군수 김주수)은 국토교통부가 2025년 9월 2일 자로 대구경북신공항 이전 예정지 및 인근 지역을 대상으로 토지거래허가구역을 재지정·조정했다고 5일 밝혔다.
이번 조치로 의성군 비안면 장춘리가 새로 추가 지정됐으며, 봉양면 신평리·안평리·화전리·사부리와 비안면 도암리·쌍계리·화신리·장춘리 등 2개 면 8개리, 총 42.732㎢가 2025년 9월 8일부터 2028년 9월 7일까지 3년간 토지거래허가구역으로 지정됐다.
토지거래허가구역은 토지 투기 거래가 우려되거나 지가 상승이 급격한 지역에 적용된다. 허가 대상은 도시지역에서는 ▲주거지역 60㎡ 초과 ▲상업·공업지역 150㎡ 초과 ▲녹지지역 200㎡ 초과 ▲용도지역 지정 없는 구역 200㎡ 초과 토지, 도시지역 외 지역에서는 ▲농지 500㎡ 초과 ▲임야 1,000㎡ 초과 ▲기타 토지 250㎡ 초과 면적이다.
허가구역 내에서 허가 없이 거래하거나 부정한 방법으로 허가를 받을 경우 징역형 또는 벌금형에 처해지며, 허가 목적대로 이용하지 않을 경우 이행강제금이 부과된다.

Uiseong County (Governor Kim Ju-soo) announced on the 5th that the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport has redesignated and adjusted the land transaction permit zones for the proposed relocation site of Daegu-Gyeongbuk New Airport and its surrounding areas, effective September 2, 2025.
With this measure, Jangchun-ri, Bian-myeon, Uiseong County, has been newly designated. Two myeons and eight villages—Sinpyeong-ri, Anpyeong-ri, Hwajeon-ri, and Saburi-ri in Bongyang-myeon, and Doam-ri, Ssanggye-ri, Hwasin-ri, and Jangchun-ri in Bian-myeon—a total of 42.732㎢ have been designated as land transaction permit zones for three years, from September 8, 2025, to September 7, 2028.
Land transaction permit zones apply to areas with concerns about land speculation or rapid land price increases. In urban areas, land subject to permits is: ▲ residential areas exceeding 60 square meters ▲ commercial/industrial areas exceeding 150 square meters ▲ green areas exceeding 200 square meters ▲ areas without designated land use zones exceeding 200 square meters. In non-urban areas, land subject to permits is ▲ agricultural land exceeding 500 square meters ▲ forest land exceeding 1,000 square meters ▲ other land exceeding 250 square meters.
Transactions within permitted areas without permits or obtaining permits through fraudulent means are subject to imprisonment or fines. Failure to use land for its intended purpose is subject to enforcement fines.
