【브레이크뉴스 경북】이성현 기자=경상북도는 지난 2월 6일 봉화군 소재 산란계 농가에서 신고된 조류인플루엔자(AI) 의사환축이 7일 고병원성 조류인플루엔자(H5N1형)로 최종 확진됨에 따라, 추가 확산 방지를 위해 총력 대응에 나섰다고 밝혔다.
앞서 경북도는 고병원성 AI 의사환축(H5형)이 확인되자 즉시 확산 차단 조치에 들어가, 도내 닭 사육 농가와 관련 축산시설, 축산차량을 대상으로 2월 7일 낮 12시부터 8일 낮 12시까지 24시간 동안 일시 이동중지(Standstill) 명령을 발령했다.
또한 발생 농장에서 사육 중이던 산란계 39만 수에 대해 긴급 살처분을 완료했으며, 발생 농장을 중심으로 반경 10km 이내 방역대에 포함된 가금 전업농가 36호(총 463만 수)를 대상으로 예찰 및 정밀검사를 실시하고 있다.
이와 함께 역학적으로 관련된 방역 조치 대상 29개소(차량 8대, 농장 19개소, 시설 2개소)에 대해서도 이동 제한과 소독 이행 여부를 점검하고 정밀검사를 진행 중이다. 발생 농장 입구와 관리지역에는 통제초소를 설치해 차량과 사람의 출입을 철저히 통제하고 있다.
박찬국 경상북도 농축산유통국장은 8일 봉화군 농업기술센터를 방문해 가축방역 추진 상황을 점검하고, 발생 농장을 중심으로 신속한 살처분과 철저한 방역 조치를 통해 추가 확산 방지에 만전을 기할 것을 당부했다.
박 국장은 “겨울철 한파로 소독이 어려운 여건이지만, 축산농가에서는 농장 내 사람과 차량 출입 통제 등 차단방역을 철저히 시행하고, 소독시설이 동결되거나 동파되지 않도록 관리에 각별히 신경 써 달라”고 강조했다.
