예천군은 매년 전 직원을 대상으로 적극적인 업무추진으로 실질적인 성과를 거둔 직원을 선발해 시상하고 있다.

올해는 24건을 신청받아 공적을 검토하여 실무 심사를 진행하고 1차 부서장들의 개별 서면 평가를 통해 후보를 선정한 후 2차 군정조정위원회에서 최종 심사하여우수 직원 17명을 선정했다.

우수 직원으로 선정된 직원은 국‧도비 확보 분야 11명, 예산 절감 분야1명, 세입 증대 분야 3명, 시책 사업 분야 1명, 군정 발전 분야 1명으로열정적인 업무추진으로 군정 성과를 창출한 17명에게 군수 상장과 함께 포상금을 지급했다.

김학동 군수는 “탁월한 역량을 발휘해 성과를 인정받은 직원들에게 축하를 전한다”며 “내년도에도 정부 공모사업 발굴과 적극적인 업무추진을 당부한다”고 말했다.
