또한 김재욱 전 이사는 중앙선거대책본부 직능본부 경제특보로 임명했다고 밝혔다. 김 특보는 경제와 관련해 자문과 정책개발 등을 담당하게 된다.

이와 함께 구미시장에 도전할 예정인 이양호(李良鎬) 전 농촌진흥청장도 윤석열 대통령 후보 선거대책본부 조직본부 경제살리기특별위원회 위원장 임명장을 받은 것으로 알려졌다.
