【브레이크뉴스 포항】박영재 기자=한동대학교는 지난 11월 30일 동국대학교에서 개최된 2022 대한민국 대학생 광고대회(KOSAC)에서 커뮤니케이션학부 강두필 교수가 지도하는 '그림 남매' 팀이 은상을 수상했다고 7일 밝혔다.

문화체육관광부 주최, 한국 광고총연합회 주관으로 열린 이번 대회는 국내 광고 공모전 중 가장 규모가 큰 대회로, 올해는 학생 3242명, 출품작 831편, 교수 251명, 133개 대학이 참여해 역대 가장 치열한 경쟁률을 보였다.

이번 대회의 공모 주제는 ‘소통과 참여로 함께하는 사회갈등 극복 프로젝트’였으며, 박지나, 송주성, 진양원, 오유라, 김시은으로 구성된 한동대 ‘그림 남매’팀은 층간소음으로 인한 이웃 간 갈등의 해결책을 제시해 은상을 수상하는 성과를 거뒀다.

박지나 학생은 “이야기는 늘 갈등으로부터 시작한다. 하지만 이를 해결해나갈 때 감동을 주는 힘이 있다. 이번 대회를 통해 세상을 긍정적으로 바꿀 수 있는 이야기의 힘을 몸소 체감했다. 지도해주신 교수님과 함께 수고한 팀원 모두에게 너무 감사하다”고 소감을 밝혔다.

한동대학교 관계자는 “개교 이래 전국단위 공모전에서 매년 다수의 수상자들을 배출하고 있으며, 이를 통해 학생들의 실무적 역량 개발을 적극적으로 독려하고 있다”고 밝혔다.

The theme of this contest was 'Social Conflict Overcoming Project through Communication and Participation', and Handong University's 'Grim Brothers and Sisters' team composed of Park Ji-na, Song Ju-seong, Jin Yang-won, Oh Yu-ra, and Kim Si-eun presented a solution to conflict between neighbors caused by noise between floors. It was successful in winning a silver medal.

  Ji-na Park, a student, said, “Stories always start with conflict. However, there is a power that impresses you when you solve it. Through this competition, I personally experienced the power of stories that can positively change the world. She is so grateful to the professor who guided her and everyone on the team who worked so hard,” she said.

An official from Handong Global University said, “Since the opening of the school, we have produced a number of winners every year in national contests, and through this, we are actively encouraging students to develop their practical capabilities.”
