【브레이크뉴스 포항】박영재 기자=한국수산자원공단(이하 수산공단, 이사장 이춘우)은 지난 23일 포항 라한호텔에서 ‘2023년 수산자원조성사업 시책설명회’를 개최했다고 24일 밝혔다.

당초 이번 시책설명회는 200여명 규모로 기획하였으나 지역 정관계 인사들과수산분야유관기관과 협회, 어촌계에서 대거 참석하여 300여명 이상의인사들이 참석하여 인산인해를 이뤘다.

수산공단이 개최한 이번 행사는 코로나 일상회복 이후 수산분야 최초의 전면 대면 방식으로 열린 행사라는 점에서 의의를가진다.

이번 시책설명회에서는 ▲수산공단 미션과 비전 ▲수산자원 산란⋅서식장 조성사업 ▲바다숲 조성사업 ▲지방자치단체 대행사업 ▲수산자원 종자관리사업에 대한 발표가 진행되었다.

이춘우 수산공단 이사장은 이날 축사를 통해 “공단은 앞으로도 해양수산부와 함께 수산 분야를 선도하기 위해 다양한 정책 비전을 제시하고, 적극적인 소통으로 민⋅관 협력 방안을 모색하고 수산업계 모두 성장할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다.”고 밝혔다.
