서부사업소는 코로나19로 지난 3년간 취소 또는 축소 개최되던 ‘벚꽃길 개방’ 행사를 정부 방역지침 변경에 따라 올해에는 전면 대면 행사로 개최한다.
달서구 대천동에 위치한 서부사업소는 총 4개 구간(1.04㎞)에 걸쳐 이색 테마 벚꽃길(늘봄 로드, 상상 로드, 리플래시 로드)을 조성햤다.
방문객에게 베스트 포토제닉 등 다양한 이벤트와 함께 방문 기념품도 제공할 예정이다.
또 행사기간 동안 하수처리장 견학 프로그램, 장애인 단체 및 지역아동센터 초청행사, 직원들의 아나바다 운동으로 모인 물품 플리마켓, 수익금을 기부하는 등 다양한 활동으로 주민소통과 ESG 경영실천에도 앞장선다.
