e-안심하우스 사업은 2023년부터 추진된 에너지 복지 사업으로, 노후 보일러 교체와 LED 조명 설치 등 고효율 설비 시공을 지원해 취약계층의 에너지 사용 환경을 개선하는 데 목적이 있다.

이번 사업을 통해 관내 취약계층 189가구와 복지시설 2곳이 지원을 받았으며, 이를 통해 냉·난방비 부담을 줄이고 에너지 복지 사각지대 해소에 기여했다는 평가를 받고 있다.

이세용 한울원자력본부장은 “e-안심하우스 사업을 통해 지역 취약계층의 에너지 사용 여건을 개선할 수 있어 매우 뜻깊게 생각한다”며 “앞으로도 사업의 효율성과 실효성을 높여 지역사회에 실질적인 도움이 될 수 있도록 지속적으로 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

Hanul Nuclear Power Headquarters Completes 'e-Safe House' for Vulnerable Residents in Uljin

Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. Hanul Nuclear Power Headquarters (CEO Lee Se-yong, hereinafter referred to as Hanul Headquarters) announced that it held the "2025 e-Safe House Completion Ceremony" at the Uljin Silver School on February 2nd.

The e-Safe House project, an energy welfare program launched in 2023, aims to improve the energy environment of vulnerable residents by supporting the replacement of old boilers and the installation of high-efficiency facilities such as LED lighting.

Through this project, 189 vulnerable households and two welfare facilities in the region received support, which is recognized as contributing to reducing heating and cooling costs and eliminating blind spots in energy welfare.

Lee Se-yong, head of Hanul Nuclear Power Plant, said, “I am very grateful that the e-Safe House project can improve the energy use conditions of vulnerable groups in the region,” and added, “We will continue to work to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the project so that it can provide real help to the local community.”
