【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 북구청(청장 배광식)이 법률 사각지대 해소와 주민 고충 해결을 위해 오는 3월부터 ‘2026년 법률홈닥터 찾아가는 법률상담’ 사업을 본격적으로 시행한다.
이번 사업은 법률적 도움이 필요하지만 정보 부족이나 경제적 이유 등으로 적시에 법률서비스를 받기 힘든 주민들을 위해 마련됐다. 법무부 소속 법률홈닥터 변호사와 북구청 관계 공무원이 직접 지역 현장을 찾아가 법률상담을 제공한다.
상담 분야는 채권·채무, 임대차, 근로관계·임금, 이혼·친권·양육권, 손해배상, 개인회생·파산 등 일상에서 자주 접하는 다양한 법률 문제를 아우른다. 단, 소송 대리 등 재판 진행은 지원 대상에서 제외된다.
상담 대상은 기초생활수급자, 차상위계층, 장애인, 다문화가족 등 사회적·경제적으로 법률상담이 필요한 취약계층이다.
상담은 매월 둘째 주 목요일, 북구 관내 동행정복지센터를 순회하며 진행된다. 상담 일정 및 장소와 관련한 자세한 사항은 복지정책과(665-3964)나 관할 행정복지센터로 문의하면 된다.
배광식 북구청장은 “이 사업이 그간 취약계층 주민들의 든든한 법률 동반자 역할을 해왔다”며, “올해도 현장 중심의 상담을 통해 주민들과 더 가까이 소통할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Daegu Buk-gu Office Launches "Legal Home Doctor Mobile Legal Consultation" Project
Daegu Buk-gu Office (Director Bae Gwang-sik) will launch the "2026 Legal Home Doctor Mobile Legal Consultation" project in earnest starting in March to address legal blind spots and address resident grievances.
This project is designed to address residents who need legal assistance but struggle to access timely legal services due to lack of information or financial constraints. Legal Home Doctor attorneys from the Ministry of Justice and Buk-gu Office officials will personally visit local communities to provide legal consultations.
Counseling services cover a wide range of common legal issues, including debts and debts, leases, employment relations and wages, divorce, parental rights and child custody, damages, and personal rehabilitation and bankruptcy. However, litigation representation and other court proceedings are excluded from support.
Counseling services are available to vulnerable groups requiring legal consultation, including those receiving basic livelihood security, those in the near-poorest bracket, people with disabilities, and multicultural families.
