【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=대구·경북지방중소벤처기업청(청장 김한식)은 공정한 수탁·위탁거래질서확립에 기여한 기업을 ‘수탁·위탁거래 우수기업’으로 선정하기 위해 지난 10월26일부터 11월 20일까지 희망하는 기업의 신청을 받고 있다고 4일 밝혔다.

신청대상은 2019년도 수탁·위탁거래 실적이 있는 위탁기업으로 ‘19년도매출액 중 위탁거래액이 100분의 20이상이고 납품대금을 전액 현금 또는 어음 대체결제 방식으로 결제했으며, 상생협력법을 위반한 사실이없는 등 선정요건을 충족한 기업이어야 한다.

중기부는 신청기업에 대해 12월 18일까지 서류심사와 현장검증 등의 심사과정을 거쳐 선정요건에 부합하는 기업은 12월 31까지 우수기업을선정할 계획이다.

선정된 기업에 대해서는 우수기업 확인서 발급과 함께△상생협력법 위반 으로 부과된 벌점에 대한 경감(2점, 최초 1회)△정기 수탁·위탁거래 실태 조사 면제(2년간)△병역지정업체 추천 평가 시 가점(1점)부여 △신용평가기관(신보, 기보)의 신용평가 시 우대 등 다양한 혜택을 제공할 계획이다.

공정거래 문화 확산을 위해 2008년부터 도입된 ‘수탁·위탁거래 우수기업’은 지난해까지 전국적으로 총 77개 사가 선정됐다.

우수기업 선정을 희망하는 기업은 본사(또는 주된 사업장)의 소재지 관할지방중소벤처기업청(또는 지방사무소)에 방문하거나 우편으로신청하면되며, 수탁·위탁거래 우수기업 선정 신청 제출서류 등 상세한 신청방법은 대구·경북지방중소벤처기업청 홈페이지를통해 확인할 수 있다.

김한식 청장은“수탁·위탁거래 우수기업 선정기업에대한 다양한 지원을통해 보다 많은 기업들이 공정거래 문화 확산에 관심을 갖고 동참할 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.
