【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=대구․경북지방중소벤처기업청(청장 김한식)이 ’제조 중소기업 글로벌 역량강화 사업‘에 참여할 기업을 모집한다. 중위기술 분야 제조중소기업의 경쟁력 강화를 지원하는 사업으로, 오는 3월10일까지 모집 기간이다.

’중위기술‘이란 경제협력개발기구(OECD)가 분류한 기술집약도 기준의 중고-중저 2개 단계에 해당하는 업종을 말하는 것으로, 한국표준산업분류(중분류) 기준으로는 전기장비, 화학제품, 기계장비 제조업 등 11개 업종이 이에 해당하며, 사업체수 기준으로는 국내 제조업의 65%를 차지한다.

올해 신설된 이 사업은 중위기술 분야 업종을 영위하는 중소기업을 대상으로 하며, 주력제품(중간재 등) 고도화와 신제품 개발을 지원해 생산제품의 경쟁력 강화와 신시장 창출을 지원할 계획이다. 단, 단일 기업의 생산품목이 다양할 경우 전업률 50%이상 기업으로 제한한다.

 
사업의 특성으로는 중소기업이 자유롭게 기획한 과제를 지원하는 ’자유공모형‘과 중기부가 전문가를 통해 분석해 발굴한 전략품목 관련 과제를 지원하는 ’품목지정형‘으로 구분된다.

’자유공모형‘ 과제는 22일부터 접수를 시작해 20개 과제를 선정, 2년간 최대 5억 원의 기술개발 비용을 지원한다. ’품목지정형‘ 과제는 올해 4월까지 전략품목을 발굴하고, 별도 과제모집 공고를 통해 15개 과제를 선정해 2년간 최대 6억원을 지원할 예정이다.
