경산소방서는 지역 특수시책으로 ▲용접·용단 작업장 화재예방 컨설팅 센터 운영 ▲노인요양시설 화재현장 대응정보 가이드북 제작 ▲중점관리대상 소방차량 분대편성도 가이드북 제작 ▲유관기관 협업 ‘보이는 소화기’ 설치 추진 등을 추진해 화재 초기 대응과 예방 시책 추진 분야에 크게 기여하여 높은 점수를 받았다.
