대표적으로 신암4동 사업은 생활문화가로 조성 된 이후 방치된 잔여지를 정비하는 사업으로 잔여지에 포켓가든을 설치해 주민들에게 휴식공간을 제공한다.

또 안심2동 사업은 율하남교 밑 율하천 산책로 일부를 음악이 흐르는 무더위 쉼터로 조성하는 사업으로 우수관 정비, 조명등 설치, 산책로 포장, 벽면 도색, 음향장비 설치 등을 통해 쾌적한 무더위 쉼터로 만든다는 계획이다.
