【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=대구 동구청(구청장 윤석준)이 지난 2022년 12월부터 직원들을 대상으로 운영중인 ‘마음공감 심리상담실’이 큰 호응을 얻고 있다.

8일 동구청에 따르면 마음공감 심리상담실은 심리상담 전문 직원이 직접 상담을 진행한다. 개인 및 집단 대면 심리상담부터, 심리검사 해석까지 다양하다.

개인 심리상담은 직무 스트레스, 대인관계, 심리정서, 자기이해 등을 주제로 진행되며, 집단 상담은 신규 공무원 적응 프로그램, MBTI 단체 해석 등으로 진행된다.

이중 특히 MBTI 단체 해석이 인기가 많다. 사전에 온라인으로 검사를 실시하고, 그 결과를 바탕으로 집단 상담을 한다. MBTI 검사를 토대로 다른 직원과 서로 이야기를 나누고 이해할 수 있어 매번 신청 인원이 많다. 지난해에는 452건, 올해는 74건의 상담이 진행됐으며, 누적 인원은 약 300명에 이른다.

대구 동구는 앞으로 MBTI 뿐만 아니라 직원 맞춤형 심리상담 프로그램을 개발해 업무 스트레스를 해소할 계획이다.

윤석준 동구청장은 “최근 젊은 공무원들의 공직 이탈이 늘고 있는 상황에서 좀 더 현실적으로 접근이 쉽고 꼭 필요한 심리상담 프로그램을 지속적으로 운영해 나가겠다. 뿐만 아니라 우리 공직자들이 스트레스를 받지 않도록 따뜻한 분위기를 만들어 나가겠다.”고 말했다.
