영덕군의회(의장 하병두)는 3월 31일 개회를 시작으로  4월 5일까지 6일간의 의사일정으로 제285회 임시회를 개회한다고 밝혔다.

31일 제285회 임시회 제1차 본회의에서 의원들이 대표 발의한 안건으로 조상준 부의장은 지구온난화에 따른 기후변화로 인한 폭염에 대응하여 군민의 생명과 신체를 보호하기 위하여 폭염 피해 예방에 필요한 사항을 정함으로써 군민의 삶의 질 향상에 기여하고자 ▲영덕군 폭염 피해 예방 조례안을 발의했다.

김은희 의원은 영덕군 소재 장기요양기관에서 근무하는 요양보호사들의 처우 개선과 지위향상 등에 필요한 사항을 규정하여 요양보호사의 권리 증진을 통한 장기요양급여의 질을 향상시키고자 ▲영덕군 요양보호사 처우 개선 및 지위 향상에 관한 조례안을 발의했다.

김일규 의원은 영덕군과 영덕군의회의 민원처리공무원 등이 민원인의 폭언・폭행 등으로 인한 신체적・정신적 피해의 예방 및 치유를 지원하고 안전 시설을 확충하는데 필요한 사항을 규정하고자 ▲영덕군 민원 처리 공무원 등의 보호 및 지원에 관한 조례안 ▲ 영덕군의회 민원 처리 공무원 등의 보호 및 지원에 관한 조례안을 발의했다.

남영래 의원은 우리 군에서 발생한 환경피해로 인한 주민갈등을 예방하고 신속·공정하게 조정하여 군민의 건강과 재산상의 피해를 구제하고자 ▲ 영덕군 환경피해로 인한 주민갈등 예방 및 조정에 관한 조례안을 발의했다.

손덕수 의원은 농업・농촌자원을 활용한 치유농업 발전 기반을 조성하고, 농업・농촌의 지속가능한 발전과 군민의 건강 증진에 이바지하고자 ▲영덕군 치유농업 육성 및 지원 조례안을 발의했다.

오정자 의원은 군민 누구나 쉽게 참여 가능한 걷기 운동 활성화를 통해 건강 생활을 실천할 수 있는 여건을 조성하여 군민의 질병예방과 건강증진에 기여하고자 ▲영덕군 걷기 활성화 지원에 관한 조례안을 발의했다.

하병두 의장은 “이번에 발의된 조례들이 군민들의 생활안정과 안전하고 건강한 삶을 영위하는데 다소나마 도움이 되기를 바란다.”고 말했다.

한편 이 조례안들은 제285회 임시회 제1차 본회의에서 모두 원안 가결되어 공포 후 본격적으로 시행하게 된다.
