청송군은 밀알복지재단과 한국수력원자력이 주관한 2022년 안심 가로등 지원사업 공모에 선정됐다고 2일 밝혔다.
군에 따르면 이번 선정으로 태양광 LED 가로등 40본과 관내 취약계층에생계비, 의료비 등을 지원하는 ‘반딧불 희망프로젝트’ 기부금 지원(33가구)등 총 4억원 가량을 지원받는다.
이번 공모는 서류심사와 현장실사를 통해 사업지역을 최종 선정했으며 지난 9월 초 청송군 현장실사에서 윤경희 청송군수가 직접 사업대상지 현장을 소개하는 등 적극적인 설명으로 높은 평가를 받았다.
‘산소카페청송정원’ 내에 11월 중 설치를 완료할 예정인 안심 가로등은 태양광 독립 발전식으로 공공전기료를 절감하고 이산화탄소 배출을 줄일 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
윤경희 청송군수는 “청송정원에 안심 가로등이 설치되면 주민들이 안심하고 산책할 수 있는 밝고 안전한 길을 만드는 데 큰 몫을 할 것”이라며, “앞으로도 각 분야의 공모사업을 적극적으로 발굴해 지역 발전에도움이 되도록 최선을 다하겠다.”고 말했다.
