【브레이크뉴스 경주】이성현 기자=경주엑스포대공원을 운영하는 (재)문화엑스포는 지난 26일 한국경영인증원(KMR)으로부터 안전보건경영시스템 국제표준( KS Q ISO 45001:2018/ISO 45001:2018) 인증을 획득했다고 27일 밝혔다.

(재)문화엑스포에 따르면 국제표준화기구가 제정한 ‘ISO 45001’은 기업이 경영방침으로 안전보건경영을 실천할 수 있도록 구체적인 목표를 설정하고 체계적으로 관리할 수 있도록 규정하는 국제표준 기준이다.

한국경영인증원은 문서심사, 임직원 인터뷰를 포함한 현장심사를 토대로 기업의 안전보건경영 방침과 계획, 시정 조치와 개선활동, 최고경영자의 관리체제 등을 종합적으로 평가해 ‘ISO 45001’ 인증을 수여했다.

(재)문화엑스포는 안전보건경영시스템을 국제 기준에 부합하도록 구축하고, 시스템의 내·외부 위험요소를 찾아 시정 조치하는 등 재해 예방과 안전경영을 위한 노력을 꾸준히 해왔다.

특히 올해 4월 1일 사고 Zero, 경주엑스포 안전보건 경영방침을 선포하고, 안전근로 협의체를 구성하고, 지역 대학인 동국대학교 스마트안전공학부와 협력해 공원안전성 점검 및 위험성평가 보고회를 개최하는 등 재해예방활동을 선제적으로 펼쳐왔다.

Safer Gyeongju Expo Grand Park with international standard certification

Culture Expo has been steadily making efforts for disaster prevention and safety management by establishing a safety and health management system to meet international standards, finding internal and external risk factors in the system, and taking corrective action.

In particular, on April 1 of this year, the Zero Accident, Gyeongju Expo safety and health management policy was declared, a safety labor council was formed, and a park safety inspection and risk assessment briefing was held in cooperation with the Department of Smart Safety Engineering of Dongguk University, a local university.
