경주엑스포에 따르면 이번 공연은 재능기부 공연을 통해 나눔과 배려 소통으로 건전한 청소년 문화 정작에 이바지하기 위해 (재)문화엑스포 주최 (사)세로토닌 문화 주관으로 경주대학교와 함께 사회복지공동모금회, 생명보험사회공헌위원회 지원으로 운영된다.

오후 2시 개회식에 이어 2시 20분부터는 오프라인으로 참여하는 15개교(200명)의 모듬 북 공연이 1시간 여 동안 학교별로 이어지며, 오후 3시 40분께에는 온라인 공연팀(26개교,800명)과 함께 1,000명의 청소년들이 펼치는 모듬 북 합동공연(15분)이 화려하게 펼쳐진다.

특히 이날 공연은 경주엑스포대공원 유튜브 채널과 ZOOM플랫폼을 통해 생중계되며 행사 중 사회자가 유튜브 채널로 관람중인 온라인 관람객에게 영상통화를 연결해 응원의 메시지를 전달 할 예정이다.
